By using this website, booking a session, reserving a place at an experience, signing up for Inner Compass, or accessing the Learning Portal, you agree to these terms.

Website Use

This site exists to introduce Soul Soil TLC, explain Thea's offerings, let you book a Soul Session or reserve a place at Inner Ecology, begin Inner Compass, and reach out with questions. It is not a social network, marketplace, public forum, or open learning platform — use it for those purposes and not others.

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, harvest, or automatically extract content from the site.
  • Interfere with the booking system, checkout flow, or contact form (including submitting false information to reserve a place you don't intend to pay for, or to test payment channels).
  • Attempt to access the Learning Portal without a valid enrollment.
  • Use the site in a way that could damage, disable, or overburden it.

Intellectual Property

The original work on this site belongs to Thea L. Custodio. That includes original writing, frameworks, educational materials, brand assets, and original course materials — among them the specific language used to describe Thea's methodology (including but not limited to the Pattern → Purpose → Presence framework and the Re-membering / Pattern Awareness / Capacity Precedes Transformation principles), and the Soul Soil TLC name and brand.

Some material appearing on this site is not Thea's own. Licensed, embedded, commissioned, partner, and other third-party materials — including imagery, fonts, and embedded services — remain the property of their respective owners and are used under the terms those owners set. Nothing here claims ownership of them.

You may read, reference, and share links to this content. You may not:

  • Reproduce, republish, or redistribute course material, session recordings, or written frameworks without written permission.
  • Present Thea's methodology, frameworks, or language as your own, in a course, brand, or offering you create.
  • Use the Soul Soil TLC name, logo, or brand assets to imply endorsement or affiliation without permission.

Educational Content and Course Access

Inner Compass, Learn resources, and any paid program materials are provided for your personal learning and use. They are not a certification, license, or credential unless explicitly stated as such on the specific offer page.

Where a program is delivered through the Learning Portal, your login is personal to you. You agree not to share your credentials or course access with anyone else. Access is provided for the duration stated on the offer page (or, where not stated, for a reasonable period consistent with the nature of the program).

Booking and Purchases

Booking a Soul Session, reserving a place at Inner Ecology, or purchasing any other offering is governed by this document together with the Booking, Cancellation & Refunds Policy, which takes precedence on scheduling, lateness, cancellation, and refund questions specifically.

Pricing, inclusions, and offer details are as stated on the relevant page and checkout screen at the time of booking. We source each offer's facts from a single canonical record so that what you see on the offer page, at checkout, and in your confirmation should always match; if you ever notice a discrepancy, let us know.

Payments

Payment is processed through the payment methods made available at checkout. We do not store your card, bank, or e-wallet credentials — see the Privacy Policy for details on what payment-related information we do hold. Where a payment method requires proof of payment, you're responsible for sending it as instructed at checkout so we can confirm your booking or reservation.

Digital Resources

Any free or paid digital resource (guides, worksheets, recordings, the Inner Compass sequence) is for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage it.

Acceptable Use

You agree to provide accurate information when booking, purchasing, or contacting us, and to use the scheduling, checkout, and contact systems only for their intended purpose. We may decline a booking, cancel access, or suspend Learning Portal enrollment if these terms are materially violated — for example, credential sharing, payment fraud, or abuse directed at Thea or other participants.

Limitation of Liability

Soul Soil TLC's offerings — Soul Sessions, Inner Ecology, Inner Compass, and Learn resources — are astrology, coaching, and educational services. As set out fully in the Website Disclaimer, they are not medical, psychological, financial, or legal services, and no outcome is guaranteed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thea L. Custodio's liability arising from your use of this site or its offerings is limited to the amount you actually paid for the specific offering in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential outcomes arising from decisions you make based on a session, experience, or resource.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of this site or its offerings will be handled under Philippine law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the site or its offerings evolve. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
