Essential Cookies

The one cookie this site is known to set itself is the Learning Portal login session cookie, described below — and it is only set once you sign in. Browsing the public pages, submitting the contact form, or moving between pages does not, as far as we know, require a cookie from us.

Some of the embedded services below (Google's scheduling tool, PayPal at checkout) may set their own cookies when you interact with them. Those are described in their own sections.

No cookie described on this page is used for tracking or advertising.

Google Appointment Scheduling, Calendar, and Meet

The booking block on /book embeds Google's scheduling tool, and confirmed sessions run through Google Calendar and Google Meet. Interacting with the scheduling embed may set cookies controlled by Google, governed by Google's own privacy policy. This is limited to the booking flow — it doesn't run site-wide.

Brevo

Signing up for Inner Compass or the newsletter connects you to Brevo, our email platform. Brevo may use tracking pixels within emails (for example, to record whether an email was opened) as part of standard email-delivery service — this happens within the emails themselves, not through cookies on this website.

Learning Portal

If you're an enrolled student, the Learning Portal sets a login session cookie so you can stay signed in while accessing your course materials. This applies only to enrolled students, not general site visitors.

Payment Providers

At checkout, PayPal (where selected) may set its own cookies as part of processing payment, governed by PayPal's own policies. Manual bank/QR-code payment does not involve a cookie-based integration on this site.

Analytics

Soul Soil TLC does not currently run third-party analytics or behavioral tracking on this site. If an analytics tool is added in the future, this document — and the Privacy Policy — will be updated before it goes live, so this list stays accurate.

Your Browser Controls

You can view, block, or delete cookies through your browser's settings at any time. Blocking cookies may prevent parts of the site from working correctly — signing in to the Learning Portal needs its session cookie, and the booking and checkout flows depend on the third-party embeds described above.
