How to Contact Us

The most direct way to reach Thea is through the Contact page, which routes to a monitored inbox. Use it for questions about a Soul Session, Inner Ecology, Learn resources, collaborations, accessibility needs — or anything on this page.

Requesting Access, Correction, or Deletion

You can write to us at any time to ask:

  • What we hold — a summary of the information we have about you and why (see the Privacy Policy for what that could include).
  • A correction — if something we hold about you is wrong or outdated.
  • Deletion — removal of your information, where we're not required to keep it for an active booking, legal, or bookkeeping reason.
  • Unsubscribe — you can also do this directly and instantly via the link in any Brevo email, without needing to write in.

What to Include in Your Request

To help us find and confirm the right records, please include:

  • The email address you used when signing up, booking, or purchasing.
  • What you're asking for (access, correction, deletion, or a specific question).
  • Enough detail for us to locate the right record (for example, which offer you booked, or roughly when).

What to Expect

We handle these requests personally — there's no automated system standing between your message and a response. We aim to respond and act on straightforward requests within a reasonable time, generally within 30 days. If a request is more complex (for example, it touches records we're required to retain for bookkeeping), we'll explain what we can and can't do, and why.

We don't promise a specific statutory timeframe beyond what applicable law actually requires, but we won't sit on a request either — if it's taking longer than expected, you're welcome to follow up.

Privacy Questions

If something in the Privacy Policy or Cookies & Analytics document is unclear, or you're unsure whether something applies to you, ask before assuming — that's a faster path to an answer than guessing.
