Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information this website actually collects, why, who it's shared with, and what you can do about it. It only describes things this site actually does — if a future feature changes that, this policy will change with it.

Information We Collect

We collect information at five points on the site, and nowhere else:

1. Inner Compass and newsletter signup (/learn/inner-compass, footer signup) Name and email address, submitted through the signup form and processed by our email platform, Brevo, in order to send you the seven-day Inner Compass sequence and, if you opt in, ongoing newsletter emails.

2. Booking a Soul Session (/book) Name, email, and the appointment details you choose, handled through Google Appointment Scheduling, with the session itself hosted via Google Calendar and Google Meet. This is used solely to schedule, confirm, and hold your session.

3. Checkout (/checkout/soul-session, /checkout/inner-ecology) Name and email (for reconciling your payment with your booking or reservation), and, where applicable, proof of payment that you send us directly (for example, a screenshot or reference number emailed to us). Payment itself is handled by PayPal or through a manual bank/QR-code transfer; we do not receive, see, or store your card, bank, or e-wallet credentials — that information stays with the payment provider or your bank.

4. Contact form (/contact) Name, email, and whatever message you choose to send us, used only to respond to your inquiry.

5. Learning Portal (enrolled students only) If you're enrolled in a paid program, your login credentials and course progress are held by the Learning Portal so you can access your materials. This applies only to enrolled students — nothing here is collected from a general site visitor.

What We Don't Collect

• We do not collect payment card numbers, bank account numbers, or e-wallet credentials directly.
• We do not run advertising trackers or sell, rent, or trade personal information to anyone, for any reason.
• We do not currently run third-party behavioral analytics on this site. If that changes, this policy — and the Cookies & Analytics document — will be updated before the tool goes live.
• We do not collect information beyond what's needed for the specific thing you asked to do (book, sign up, buy, or ask a question).

Who We Share Information With

Only the processors necessary to run the function you used:

Alongside these, the site runs on ordinary infrastructure — a hosting provider, a database, and file storage for course materials. These providers hold data on our behalf in order to run the site; they are not given it for their own purposes. We don't use processors for anything beyond the functions described in this policy, and if a future feature needs a new one, this list is updated before it goes live.

Data Retention

We keep information only as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for:

• Newsletter/Inner Compass: kept until you unsubscribe, at which point Brevo removes you from active sending.
• Booking and checkout records: kept long enough to deliver the session or experience, resolve any follow-up, and meet basic bookkeeping needs.
• Enrolled-student data: kept for the duration of program access, plus a reasonable period afterward in case of access disputes.
• Contact messages: kept only as long as needed to respond and resolve the inquiry.

We don't keep data indefinitely "just in case" — if you're unsure why we might still hold something, ask and we'll check.

Your Rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• See what information we hold about you.
• Correct anything that's inaccurate.
• Delete your information, where we're not required to keep it for a legitimate operational or legal reason (for example, a completed transaction record).
• Unsubscribe from any email list — every Brevo email includes a direct unsubscribe link, and it takes effect immediately.

International Visitors

Soul Soil TLC operates from the Philippines. Information collected through this site is handled from there, and is processed and stored by the providers listed above, whose infrastructure may be located in other countries. By using this site, you understand your information may be processed outside your home country. We don't make jurisdiction-specific promises (such as GDPR representative appointments) beyond what's actually in place, but you can always exercise the rights above regardless of where you're writing from.

Children's Privacy

This site and its offerings are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we'll remove it.

Changes to This Policy

If how we collect or use information changes — a new processor, a new form, a new offering — we'll update this policy before that change goes live, not after.
